Mine's easy...
I used to be the manager of a Cold Stone Creamery, and we employed a lot of people in their mid to late teens. So anyway, one day this family comes in; a guy, his wife, and their 3 year old daughter. Both parents order an ice cream, and then the dad orders one for the baby. Ice cream there is very expensive, and the total comes to something like 15 bucks, and he only had 14.75. He tells the girl ringing the order, who then proceeds to snatch the ice cream otu of the little girls hand and throw it in the garbage. I was standing next to her while this happened, and honestly, I froze...my jaw was literally hanging open. I tell the girl ringing the order 'it's just 25 cents, we can let it slide.....' I figured she would make the baby a new ice cream. NOPE. She pulls the kiddy-sized sundae OUT OF THE TRASH and hands it back to the kid. EASILY the worst thing I've seen an employee do
