I've seen some long term studies regarding shaving with and without a lubricant (soap, shaving cream, etc.)
My legs are quite soft-skinned still, and most of the time when I shave them, I don't use anything but the razor and them being underwater. I actually use the mach3 (the black ones, that arent too much $$ compared to the higher cost ones) and they technically have a lubricant built into the top of the razor head. That study I bet doesnt count in using those or counts them as using a lubricant to shave, and most good razors have a similar strip on them, so that is a good bit misleading if you use good razors.

I dislike shaving because my skin tends to get very irritated after shaving. I used to use Aveeno shaving gel and that was nice but I can't seem to find it anymore.

I ran across the Nivea for sensitive skin stuff this past weekend and just used it. It seems to be very nice. I bought a travel pack that included 4 products. I only used the shaving gel and after shave and I liked them both.

I look forward to being a bit more clean-shaven at work!

Please post if you have any other suggestions for good products for shaving with sensitive skin.

I hate shaving, so about 2 years ago I stopped shaving. I now just trim it really close and shave the neck line. I like the way it looks and I don't have the skin irritation.
