they said that the doll looked like it was holding a gun on the boy. LOL

It is just the way the modded picture looks. It is not a gun but the thing (ignition coil) and the wall trim.

I'll be the first to say I almost think that painting is sort of cool. Creepy, yes. But neat in some way I can't quite explain for that reason. Maybe I'm just stupid. "You mean it might cause unexplained supernatural occurences? Sweet! Bring it on! I wanna see that sh!t! "

I'll second that bring it on. My friends would start yelling and taunting and telling that picture they'd fight it if something or someone came out of it lol.
