I've noticed a few stuttering issues, probably only 3 times in a total of 24 hours of game-play. Only thing I could think of was saving the game, restarting Steam and it seemed to fix it. I've also encountered two BSOD.

I am overclocking at 4.5GHZ, but no other game has caused me a BSOD at that speed and at my voltage in my sig.

New drivers soon?
 
Using the beta drivers. Smooth as glass outdoors, just a touch of lag when I pan the camera in walled towns.
