Every time I send anything to a corporate email address, all I get back is crap. Props to Pur for putting the time in to respond to this question and make it a funny response.

I haven't read this entire thread, but here is some insider information:

Many years ago I worked in the production side of a distiller that producted two vodkas, one a well-known premium brand and the other a cheapie brand. There was a very significant taste difference between the two. Both vodkas were both produced from the same raw products-the major difference was the filtering process used.

Charcoal filtering was a major step in the vodka production.

All vodka is charcoal filtered. Maybe they used Kingsford charcoal for the premium and Save-&-Slave brand for the plonk?

Probably not. You've no idea what ramifications this has for us simple college folk. Hottest deal I've seen on theses forums. Ever.

Yeah no joke bro, McCormick vodka is 9.99 for a HANDLE of it. It literally smells like rubbing alcohol, you can only drink it when it is almost frozen and after a long night of drinking. I might try this out lol

Old McCormick's got the best of me quite a few times my freshman year of college. You just can't beat the value of 9 bucks getting 4 guys completely sh!tfaced.

I'm too old to try these tricks now, but I will be sure to pass this on to my little brother who is in his first semester of college.
