There is a clear opposition, there is a clear agenda by the ruling dictator, at this point, the UN steps in.

This war is legal according to the human rights protocol and use of force may be used in accordance to international law, unlike Iraq and Serbia, this is actually legal action taking against an agressor to protect civilians.

Now, you might not get this, but being on the good side of the Arab nations might be a good thing?

In this case, the US is standing back, yeah, we used a tad of your missiles, it's already been determined that the US will take the back seat on this one and only provide off ground and non air duty.

No. I have mixed feeling about any war time situation. These are highly complex issues and i find it a little scary that Taliban USA has a strong opinion one way or the other. If the Europeans want this to be 'legal', then they need to sign pledges that say they will not profit from Libyan oil. They will not allow their national interests to be involved with Libyan oil - it should go to other countries. Europeans need to sign a pledge that they will not seek to institute a refugee buffer state in Libya. Europeans will need to allow the embedding of foreign reporters and surveillance teams from other countries throughout all of their forces, aircraft, etc. European actions need to be recorded and analyzed. If Europe is truly benign (which is a joke of a premise, we're talking about the most genocidal states in the history of the universe), then they wouldn't mind these measures.
