A new reality TV show, "Rally Racer", is in development. They are looking for 50 finalists for the 2003 season, and then trim it down to 8 men and 8 women to go through six weeks of training and filming. Anyone 18-60 with a driver's license is eligible. The winner gets $1 million.

You apply online ($12 fee). Link to site.

I figured so many people here are into cars and have gotten speeding tickets, it's a natural for ATOT.

That would be cool! Only problem is that you would already be independently wealthy to be able to afford six weeks with no income.

You guys are forgetting that none of you have rally racing skills.

they put everyone through classes. you only race against each other. they don't allow anyone who has professionally raced before to enter.

so is 2002 casting for 2003 episode? I can sign up for 2003, but do you guys think this is legit? why charge?

They charge for 2 reasons. 1) It cuts down on the number of people who actually apply, and 2) it pays for the people who run the application process.
