Even if you don't order the CD for a Dell computer for OS reinstalling, it's still perfectly legal for you to download and burn it on to a cd as long as you use the key that came with your computer.

If they really come with a legal copy of XP, I would probably go for it. Didn't know that.

 
Ive thought about it myself, howver most OEM MB's used by large builders are neautered on many facits as to increse stability. Price wise you may be right.

I myself will prob build again, I just like knowing by box better.
