18% unoccupied, surprised that it's selling so soon after owners bought it at 2004. for $840 million. OK, who has $$$ to spare? 😉

That's because it took them 7 years to rig all the beams with nanothermite. Now, they're going to sell it to someone new and just wait for a terrorist attack on a neighboring building so they can bring it down with the hidden explosives.

Nanothermite, something no one has insurance for! GENIUS.

I am blown away by your genius. It makes so much sense.

Its 82% occupied, which I believe is a lot higher than the national avg for commercial properties.

They won't do it again! One time's enough!

If you aren't interested in the Willis Tower, please consider the much smaller and cuter Arnold Tower.

Arnold Tower Yep, it is short.😉

Arnold Tower is a six-story high-rise located at 401 S. Third St. in Danville. It was constructed in 1973 and has had ongoing renovations including current installation of individual air conditioning units. Apartment sizes range from zero to one bedroom. The beautifully landscaped site is within walking distance of downtown Danville, the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, local pharmacies and the Boyle County Health Department.

The building needs significant upgrades to be competitive with all the new class A office space that has been built downtown over the last 5 years. Property is too highly leveraged for the current owners to get the cash to make changes required to attract new leases from major tenants. Also most of the vacant space is higher in the building where the floor plates shrink because of the design.
