Dunno, i used some unique sniper rifle i found near a southern legion camp, cant remember the name of it.

Yeah it sucks how new vegas sold only 1 or 2 copies Oh wait....

OHHHH that would be the Gobi Campaign Rifle.

My first playthrough I found the Gobi rifle really early, and basically used just it for the whole game. Kinda ruined it. I'm playing the game again now and I know I'm going to do the exact same thing.

As soon as you get one good weapon and can either stockpile or make ammo, the game becomes a joke.
Only exception is the cave and valley full of deathclaws.
