Clearly designed for Saudi princes and the like who epitomize the thread title. The scimitar shape is a dead giveaway. Even if you only make one and sell it to some dimbulb oil sheik you've made your profit in spades. Entire industries exist to cater to numbskulls that just buy things like this because their "royal" family literally has money to burn and wouldn't know quality based on actual function vs. "quality" based on pretentious excess if their lives depended on it.
