I'm sad to say my Logitech iFeel Mouseman does not work w/ a USB->PS2 adapter. 
I have the regular blue logitech optical mouse, but it doesn't have the same ergonimic shape or the side button.
I don't really like the feel of the new mice, but what do you got that works w/ USB->PS2 adapter on your KVM? (Since all of them nowadays seem to be USB).
