I like the guitar part and the double bass peddle that you use throughout the song. With that said stop focusing so much on your snare. It makes the drummer sound very simplistic or focused on only one area of the music. I don't hear the 12's in there at all during the song. Throw some Tom's in there and make him sound more dynamic.

Guitars and bass are recorded with amp simulator software directly into Cubase, drums are programmed. Not to mention a bunch of plugins for eq, compression etc.
