For Dave: US judges kick Riaa in the groin..deny ISP supenas

That was a surprise today. I haven't checked on the reaction from my friends at the EFF yet but I'm sure they have to be estactic that Due Process wins in this. This should shoot down the RIAA from getting Federal Powers of Exemption that they were seeking too.

It is Innocent until proven Guilty, not the other way around.

 
Wow, thank god - finally some common sense on the RIAA/DMCA/ISP supeona issue. I'm actually proud to be a Verizon DSL customer! 🙂
