For Comcast cable user: Is the new modem better than the old RCA DCM235??

Hi

I'm using Comcast Highspeed internet and rented a RCA DCM235 last year. I've heard that they have a newer one.
Is this better than the old RCA cablemodem and what is the manufacture if somebody knows???

My location is Wilmington, DE 19810.
