I know during working hours it is inappropriate to have kids running around the workplace, but for Valentine's Day my coworkers wife and his 18 month old just stopped by (30 minute drive each way) to share 30 minutes of lunch with him, and visit some us and it absolutely ruined my day.

Did he take her around to show everyone? No. Did she squeal loud enough to be heard by possibly uninterested parties. Yes, once, but it was during the lunch hour, he didn't care.

Kids visiting the workplace FTL

You sound like an ass. My dad brought me to work a couple times when I was little and everyone there seemed to like me. I had a lot of fun throwing files into the paper shredder when people gave them to me.

I brought my 9-month old to work yesterday for about 30 minutes. I thought about making a post about it here, just to see how many people would bite.

Then I realized I wasn't chained to a desk and had better things to do. Today I'm back at work and posting :p
