No doubt you can curve one of these if you nik the tail of the bullet with the exit of the barrel as it was coming out.
Done perfectly the beginning of the bullet rotation would push it in one direction, and as it stops rotating, it could be pointed in another, and because it has it's own propulsion, this makes it a CURVE..
The bullets in Wanted also kinda look like Special bullets "maybe they were", but still, YES bullets can curve.
