Asus cusl2-c with 700e@952mhz, retail intel heatsink and fan (waiting for the new fan to come, ups ground is so slow =))
This was after running some stablity tester program all night, i rebooted and went into the bios, temp read 45c, and slowly dropped down to 31c.

asus probe: Probe 2.12.08

You're not alone. A number of us have gotten strange readings from both Probe and MBM. Chief suspect is the monitoring chip. See:

if you have probe on while ur using asus update to flash the bios while ur in windows, ull see spikes in temp and voltage
