Do you ever see memory usage exceed 1GB? I finished D3 and the highest I ever saw was 740MB.

I have not seen a review testing a s939 cpu with pc2700, but there may be one out there somewhere.

I'd go for access speed over capacity in this case as 1 GB should handle just about anything at this time. Times change, so ask again this time next year.

2GB is mostly useless for your average desktop unless you multitask a TON. Besides, even if you overclock the PC2700, you can still just as easily overclock the PC3200 and increase your CPU performance.

The price difference between DDR333 and DDR400, even at those quantities, is just stupidly insignificant given the scale. Pay up, sucka, and get 2GB of DDR400. :p

2GB is worthless for gaming. The one thing I don't get is the price for PC3200 and PC2700 is about the same so why would u get a whole GB more of PC2700? You can get a 1 GB of PC3200 value ram for like 165 bucks I would go with that and save urs self a lotta money.

YOu will NEVER use 2GB of memory unless you do stuff like Photoshop w/ huge files. Beyond that, buying 2GB of PC2700 would be about the same price as 2GB of PC3200. Either way, get the stuff w/ the higher access speed (PC3200).
