Meanwhile, please kindly understand that our mediation is on the basis that you provided enough evidence for your claim. We noticed you mentioned the functions of product not as the discription, to support your claim, please test all the defective products you have received and provide us clear videos and show us all the problem in the videos to support all your claims within 3 calendar days. Make sure your videos are long and clear enough for us to identify the problem. If you bought over 1 piece of products, please illustrate all the defective pieces. (Please don‘t provide pictures instead of video if video is requested and make sure we can see the product clearly during the video).
