I would just print it out and go to the store, that is what I have done in the past. Looks like time for some shoes again.

Not if you have a FL close by - you can go to the local store and make your order there. That way, shipping is free, but you still have to pay tax. Your stuff is delivered to your address, not the store, so there isn't any pick-up hassle either.
