Replica means printed numbers; authentic means the jersey is exactly the same as the ones worn by the actual athletes. Highest quality fabric, stitched numbers and letters.

Authentic NFL jerseys = $225 and up IIRC.

Update: Bought the St. Louis Rams Marc Bulger Away Jersey... came to $38.45 after tax and shipping. I saved close to $40 versus buying it at a local shop.
