What should I cook for poeple coming over to watch the game tonight that's easy to make and easy to keep warm?

Wings. Buy the big bags of frozen wings, make your own sauce, and bake them one cookie sheet at a time.

Rotate two batches through the oven then. Use generic buffalo wing sauce premade to save time. Skip the frozen wings and abuy fresh so they cook quicker. I have done this on numerous occasions, batches of wings just seem to work better than any other food for the football watching groups I hang with. Just have some supplemental munchies ready like chips and dip or various cheeses and a couple types of crackers. Once people get up for the new batch of wings, they will grab another beer, take a smoke break, use the restroom...
