It seems like 1 person received their order and 99% of have bogus tracking numbers....

I received a FedEx tracking number on the 23rd... it still is not in the FedEx database anywhere.. Customer Serivce guarantees me that it was shipped and I will receive it within the timeframe alloted on the shipping page.....

I call BS... I have never had a package not get scanned for 3 days.... seems strange.....


Can those who received their order chime in to let us know that all is well?

Same here, got a USPS delivery confirmation number (ends with my zip code for some reason) which has been showing up as invalid for the past four days. I really hope this isn't a scam.
 
I checked over at chubby wallet and there was one or two peeps who received their stuff

I think the company wasn't ready for the magnitude of sales and they screwed a bunch of sh!t up..

I asked the CSR if they were going out of business and she said .. not a chance.

They are a large retail chain.. so I am not that worried.. just pissed that nobody knows anything about my frigin package.
 
GOT MINE!

Ordered 1 pair on the 19th. I never tried to get a tracking number, just got home and they were here (FedEx)
 
I'm pretty sure this isn't some sort of a scam... you'll get your package

in couple/few days, just be patient 😛
 
I ordered Sunday, received my order 2 day FedEx on Wednesday. Got 8 out of 9 items (one was OOS) and was charged appropriately.

I made another order last night (Wednesday), it didn't ship today as far as I know. I paid extra for 2 day FedEx again, hopefully it pays off like it did for the first order.

You need to go to the website to request an e-mail for the tracking number..

On the other hand, glad to hear people receiving their shoes 🙂

maybe this will calm some people down. i havent received my shoes yet, but i just checked my tracking number again today and it finally showed up in the system. i ordered on the 19th and it was not until today til it showed up on the fedex site. so i think its safe to say that this is not a scam and just be patient.
 
I got my pair of kicks today and it took less than one week. I received my valid Fedex tracking number a day after I placed the order as well. It was smooth and I'm loving the great deal on my kicks.
 
Got my delivery, but there was nothing in the box! Just kidding - got everything fine. Seems like a great deal and a legit company. I ordered pretty early on the 19th.
 
I ordered on the 20th and used standard shipping. I was sent a tracking number that I thought was USPS, but it has never shown up in their system. Anyone else use standard shipping?
 
I used standard shipping. I called customer service...the first nice CSR I have ever encountered.

Short story is that the tracking number you receive isn't the USPS tracking number but some different tracking number. The USPS number is like 22 digits long. Call customer service and theyw ill let you know where your package is...honestly!
 
Hi guys my first post here. Just wanted to let you know that I ordered twice using the 50% off one I selected fedex 2day air (they sent me a tracking number that didnt register with fedex for a good 12+ hours but it was mailed out the next day and I should have them today according to fedex) and the other order was shipped as ground ( I am still getting there is no record of that item 2 days later) I dont mind waiting a week for a good deal though so I don't think its a scam at all they are probibly just getting hammered with online orders. Btw as a side note, footaction.com gets my vote as one of the worst sites to navigate around on, even their search functions only find 1/5th of the shoes that are on the site.
 
Got mine on the 25th. Weird is I got the shipping confirmation like 3 times. The last one was after I already received the shipment.
 
it's legit. call the customer service # at the bottom of your confirmation email and give them your order number to get the correct USPS tracking #...mine was bogus (ended in zipcode), too.
