I started running a few weeks ago for cardio between my workout days (I'm cutting atm) and I've noticed that I have developed a terrible pain in my right foot. The pain is located right on top of the foot, almost dead center between your toes and heel. Originally I had a pain (same foot) on the top right side but that pain has subsided but not completely and it's somewhat painful to walk. I've taken some pain pills to try and alleviate the pain but it comes back. Any ideas? I'd guess I'll have to use the bike or elliptical machine for cardio?
