Foods that will fill you up, but low in calories?

I dont know why, but i get more hungry now thru-out the day.

What can i eat that will fill me up, but don't add too many calories?

Apples are good. I think they are about 150 calories. Beef jerky is another food that's good to much on throughout the day, although it's expensive unless you make it yourself in mass quantities.

For whatever reason, brown rice is incredibly filling for me. Add some to a chicken burrito and I feel full for quite a while.

Low fat meats, if your getting hungry you obviously need some calories to work with. Sugar like foods like fruit/rice/starches will keep you hungry, fats and proteins keep you full. Add some fats to your regular meals (fats from salad dressings, cheeze or avocado work very well).

i read some article that said the food you eat for breakfast will determine how much weight u gain. if u eat bread or sweet cereals in the morning, that will make u feel hungry by lunchtime and you will eat a bigger lunch and gain more weight over time. if u eat oatmeals, oatmeal or wheat based cereals or wheat bread in the morning you are less likely to eat a bigger lunch
