Pretty much all Korean food

Have you had all of Korean food to make that distinction?

Absolutely. I have eaten all Korean food except for maybe dog.

And some examples would be? I can understand condiment dishes and kimchee having a bad smell, but most of the other stuff smells good especially kalbee / bulgogi.

Korean food definitely does NOT smell bad.

no way kablee and bulgogi smells like crap unless you are in front of it grilling. all those chigaes, any broth soups, all smell like poo from afar or in the fridge. that is why koreans have 2 fridges.

Go cook some korean bbq, put it in the fridge overnight and tell me it doesn't smell like someone took a dump in it.

I cant think of any, really...

I can think of a lot of foods that smell yummy but taste disgusting though!

Like coconut

I only like coconut once it's sweetened and put into things. I don't get how people can just eat it from the shell. Bleh.

I love the smell though 🙂

I love fresh coconuts. But I am from the subtropics so...

Well here in B.F.E. NY we don't know anything about the subtropics😛

You are the first person that I know of to say that the bbq smells like crap. Chigae smells bad, the other soups smell good though (kimchee soups, seaweed soups, egg soup, etc).
