A share in the CSA farm - it'd pay off because I use veggies to snack on or cook. And I can already cook well enough that the CIA would only make the food more pompous.
As far as I'm concerned though, any brisket from NY can go screw itself, has nothing on a good smoker joint here in Texas.
Not a very good "Greatest ever foodie gifts" list - I'd do some wholescale substitutions such as adding aged modeno balsamic, saffron threads, yerba mate tea, clay tangine, Global knives, and Moonstruck chocolate. My sister-in-law does the CSA thing, however.
If you're an adventurous foodie, you can always try something exotic like canned silkworm pupae
