This is going to sound weird.
Over the last few years, I've noticed something about my diet and the way I handle it.
Whenever I eat non-simple carbs or non-starch food (I mean things like candy, potatoes, bread, pasta) I get sick. The food quickly, uh, exits in either of two directions. Meat seems to lead to multi-hour vomiting sessions, and high-fiber complex carbs lead to... other quick exits. This happens every time.
I ate sausage about two months ago, and let's just say I lost about 6 pounds of water in the process. :|
Any time I eat something like beef jerky or a big steak, it's instant puke fest.
Any ideas on this? If I'm going to lose weight, I need to cut out simple carbs. If I'm going to not end up in the hospital, I need to be able to digest other foods.
