The first time I took my wife out for a casual lunch in college she had ate this collosal burger that I couldn't finish!!! She is all of 105 lbs but polished it off. I knew I had a keeper!!

Actually, Garlic and onions give you bad breath because the odor gets 'vented' out through your lungs, much like alcohol. Also, the odor comes up through the esophagus from your stomach... even if you don't burp. If you do burp, it's flatly unbearable. And finally, both odors are released in your body oils and sweat. This is why you stink like garlic or onions even if you brush your teeth.

well, I like the advice to advoid whatever you know will make you sick/gassy/ or have to go to the bathroom multiple times

For dates, I eat before hand. Something meaty an hour or two before hand so I don't eat much. If I don't eat much, neither would she..

I also avoid milk. Don't know about you but my asian system is against it now!

Used to drink it like water, don't know what happened.. :(

My engine is asian import as well, it will backfire on milk!

As long as it won't give you gas, eat your normal portion. You can always go to the restroom to rinse your mouth and get a mint.
