Foo Fighters or Red Hot Chili Peppers: who do you think is better?

I like them both, FF is more soft/old rock'ish sounding Rhcp is more heavier with a tad little bit of rap in some of their songs.
 
I love em both... But id have to pick RHCP... They have had more influence on music that foo has IMHO.
 
I used to like Foo Fighters, but most of their stuff after The Colour and the Shape just sucks. I'm a big fan of RHCP since I saw them at the HFStival a few years back. I've never seen a crowd of people more mesmerized than when they played Under the Bridge.
 
Peppers - Blood-Sugar-Sex-Magic is in my top 20 out of the 1,200+ CDs I own, a perfect blend of rock and funk spiced with rap and punk.
 
This is a bad bad debate...both are euqally good i cannot choose between the two, RHCP is a great band and one of the most influential bands in rock history, Dave Grohl of the foo fighters is a living music legend, especially the way he has risen on his own after the death of Kurt Cobain....for every new album the foo fighters release, the more im in love with them.
 
I saw both of them in concert a few years ago when they were touring together, Foo Fighters put on a better show and sounded cleaner, so I have to go with them.
