Font Support/Input Programs-Know Of Any Good Ones?

I REALLY need to find one, ever since NJ Communicator stopped working (NJ Communicator). I truly need the Japanese font support + input capabilities for some stuff, and if it works with Chinese, all the better. My searches keep turning up nothing.

What OS are you using? Windows 2000 has built-in support for writing/viewing Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and many other languages. Go under Control Panel > Regional Options > General. After selecting the languages that you want, you can switch the input of your keyboard to any language by assigning hot key(Keyboard under Control Panel) to it. Is this what you're looking for?
