Can anybody help me identify this font? I've run it through identifont a couple times and can't seem to find a match. Thanks!

Hmm . . . either I guess. I was assuming that they were upper and lower case versions of an 'all caps' style font. I suppose they could be entirely different fonts though. Maybe that's where I'm running into trouble.
