I've been running the windows cli 1.33b client, and every few times I start it, it just quits (errors in the log file - something about TINKER I think). I have to delete the wu and get a new one to start again. i just upgraded to 1.34, dont know if it is fixed. any ideas?

oh, I've only gotten villin WUs so far

There's been some bad proteins sent out from one of the servers. Some are speculating that once you get caught in that server's deadly embrace, you'll keep getting the same bad protein over and over... They're trying to fix that.

In the meantime, you may want to try uninstalling (including the registry) and reinstalling to get a new userid... Hopefully you'll get assigned work from a different server.

As an alternative, you may want to drop back to the 1.32 windoze client too. (I think I may still be at 1.20... LOL 😉)
