I am looking for an application that watches the folder. As and when the data is added to that folder or modified the current data, it will sync the changes with other folder on the same computer.
I wonder if there is any such utility, of course, freeware preferred.

(P.S. - I am NOT looking for a syncing utility, where I sync the folders manually by firing up the program every time. I use FreeFileSync for that purpose.)
