Folder Syncing application

Is there an application that would sync two folders on a computer, and then copy across the network the files that either one doesn't have in that folder?

I like a program called syncback for all my syncing and backup needs... I haven't checked if it does across the network type stuff, but that seems reasonable.

The free version is quite good. Way easy to set up.
