folder shell integration how to remove?

I have the virus scanner turned off in my zonealarm because I use mcafee but stupid program is not smart enough to remove the "scan with zone alarm virus scanner" option when i right click on a folder. Yes its grayed out and dosen't work but its so useless and annoys me. Is there a way to take it out?
