Folder Permissions

Hello, I've got a problem. I have an old hard drive of mine from an older computer. It had XP Home SP2 installed on it, and I had a password protected admin account. There are files I'd like to retrieve from my user folder (currently F:\Documents and Settings\Brad). Unfortunately, every time I try to open it, it says "folder not accessible. Access is Denied." I'm running XP Pro SP2 now. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I also think, that if you used the same account name on the new machine, as the owner of the files on the old machine, it may work. I believe i did this a few years ago while transferring an employees files to a new computer. Not 100% sure though.
