folder permission in XP

I've just install WinXP pro using FAT32. I only have one computer that is not on a network. Because of this situation, I would like some help in preventing other users from accessing my folders and files while they're under their own logon. Currently, even when others logon under another user, they're able to go into Windows Explorer and go to "my documents", which is located in my user's folder and I like to stop that from happening. I've tried xp's help menu and it mentioned that I needed to right click my mouse onto a file and select properties; select the "security" tab and set the permission under that option. Problem here is I don't see the so call "Security" tab. I've also unchecked the "use the simple sharing" option under folder options/viewer tab. Any help is appreciated.

You have to be using NTFS to use the security settings.

oh and when you use them make sure you remember your password, you can just set up your account with a password and your personal files will be secure by default!

Dreadogg - I did setup a password for my logon, but when I created a test word document and saved it in my document, I was still able to access and delete the files via explorer. Unless you're just adding to what Derango was suggesting, then I understand. Thanks.
