Folder is locked

Last year I install Lock It & Protect trial software. I use it to lock a folder, called SECRET. Last month my OS failed and I have re-install it(which is win XP Pro).
SECRET folder is still locked (I put into another partition), the I tried to re-install the software(Lock It & Protect trial) again. Then I try to unlock the SECRET folder, but I still couldn't access it. It will opened display nothing just like when I locked it before.
How can I get back the files in SECRET folder? Pls help..

Have you tried contacting the company who made it? Say that you are considering purchasing again but that the fact you cannot access the locked folder after doing a reinstall concerns you.

Other than that...dunno...bump 4 ya.
