I stay away from the salad bar so as not to get too full before the meat comes around.

I go to the salad bar and get a few sticks of celery. One or two before the meat, two or three after. Basically a colon scrubber.

Headed up there now! Restaurant week in LA. Too good of a deal to pass.

Fogo is an awesome place. We eat at the one in Indy a few times a year (birthdays, etc) and usually end up in a meat coma.

I've been to Brazil and eaten at some authentic steakhouses there, and Fogo is just as good.

I love Fogo de Chao. Definitely in my top 5 restaurants. I went to the one in Philly, and made sure not to eat any meat 24 hours beforehand :p

Make sure to get a caipirinha. I love those drinks. I make better ones at home, but the last one I had at Fogo was pretty darn close to the ones I make.
