Focus or tracking error

I knew this CD-RW would give me problems eventually. It's a Optorite 52x24x52x CD-RW, and it's the only one my local guy had with a black face when I bought it. He said he never has problems with them, but at last...

Lately... always on the last disc of a burning session I get a "focus or tracking error" in Nero. It's not Nero causing the problems because I've tried Alcohol 120% and it won't burn my last CD either. Yesterday it was 2 disc that I was burning, bin/cue format, CD1 and CD2. The 1st CD did fine and then the 2nd gave me a focus or tracking error before it starts to burn(at least I'm not wasting disc). Today was 3 disc, bin/cue format, CD1, CD2, CD3. The 1st 2 burned fine, and then the same problem on CD3. I believe I had the same problem a couple of days ago burning Red Hat 9.0. The final CD gave me a focus or tracking error.

Rebooting doesn't help. Here are my system specs:

Windows XP Professional
AMD Athlon XP 2600+ 333FSB
512 MB Crucial PC2700 6ns
Highpoint RocketRAID 133 controller
Maxtor D740X 40GB x2 RAID0
ATi Radeon 8500
Sony 16x DVD-ROM
Optorite 52x24x52x CD-RW

Any ideas before I take this think back? I need to get a 3rd disc burned, and I don't want to use my old 4x burner on the server.
