Foam recommendations?

Finally suspended my HDs using a modified version of the Aphonos method last night, but the foam I used (7/16" weatherseal) compresses too much. I'm wondering what foam people would recommend and where I might find it, I'm not having any luck at hardware stores.

Interesting way to hang drives, may give this a shot myself. I would try a Crafts store for some more durable foam, maybe a Hobby Lobby or another store like that. I used to buy foam rubber from there back in the day to wrap my Slot1 cpu's to protect from the cold.
