Probably won't come until Thursday so it can be released on both XBL and PSN the same day.

I like it a lot. It's much more fluid, and the no-button-mashing requirement is nice. Looks to have a lot more to it now.

Hmmm... I don't really like the changes at all. Combos aren't as easy to pull off and changing the strong punches to require a 'haymaker modifier' was a piss poor decision. Seems much more clunky than the last one. Hit detection and animation is better though. Gameplay however suffers IMO. Won't be getting this one.

I've been playing it for over an hour now.. Took a while to break some old habits from FNR3..

I really like the new counter system, works well and doesn't seem like it can be overused too badly.. The block meter is nice, should really help prevent turtles. Combos are cake once you get the hang of it, but I do agree that the haymaker modifier is kinda lame. Maybe after more time it won't be so bad, I just keep forgetting to hit it before throwing the punch when I get a good counter in.

The CPU is pretty dumb in the demo. You can just repeat L&R hooks to the head or body and eventually he'll go down.

The changes are significant enough that if you go in expecting FNR3 with new boxers and graphics, you'll be pretty disappointed. Give it some time, it grows on you quickly!

I can't seem to get the demo to work, it keeps locking up my xbox. I've downloaded it twice now, anyone else having issues with it?

I dunno... I guess I just feel they changed a lot of the controls in this one for the worse. I actually don't like the counter system as much as in the last one.

ehh, looks worse, plays worse, moves worse. Other than hit detection, every other aspect was better in FNR3.

This used to be an EA-Chi game right? They closed EA-Chi and it turned to shit.

I like the new game. Its different, I think its more action now. In FN3 you could back away around the ring the whole time, in this one you can't really do that, you can back away but the opponent can close the gap a lot easier and jab you. Hit boxes are WAY better. I like the points system for health/stamina too.

I don't know about that. I don't like how it plays now but I think the fighters look noticeably better. Turn down the saturation on your TV :p

Played on multiple tv's, looks the same on all of em. Everything is too "shiny", the fighters look like wax figures.
