F'n bank! NSF Overdraft when linked account has tons in it.

I haven't checked my account in the last week or so, with Christmas settling out. I usually keep a rather low balance in my primary account. So what happens today? I check the account, and my primary account shows 5 overdraft hits. When I set up the accounts, I set them up linked. Bastards...

So now I sit on hold waiting for a CSR to bitch at.

I used to work for a bank. "Linked" is a very meaningless word. If you wanted your accounts to function like you sound like you want them to function you need "overdraft transfer."

The branch apparently - it appears that the accounts were NEVER linked for OD.
