I just took some vacation time so that I can go to visit my sister in San Diego. It's 2:15AM now and I need to be at the Atlanta, GA airport by 6:00AM for my departing flight. I already paid my friend for a buddy-pass stand-by ticket. I was on the phone with him while he was at work entering the information into the system for my ticket. He was about to read the confirmation number to me and ran into some difficulty, then said that he would call me back. I've been in contact with him since, but I did not get the confirmation number because he was not at work. When I was on the phone with him before, I gave him my email address (hotmail) and he entered it into the system with the rest of my personal information. I tried to call him in desperation at 11:30PM to remind him that I had no confirmation number, but he didn't answer his phone. This is no suprise because he's getting married in the morning, so I would not be suprised if I cannot contact him. at all until it is too late. I want to check my email, but Hotmail is not working for me.

Is there *ANY* way that I can get my confirmation number using my personal information and proof of identity?
My brother's Hotmail account is working, so there must be something wrong with mine. I've already contacted Hotmail, but I have not received a response. I've tried several numbers for Delta and the line goes silent with no Hold music and noone ever picks up.We apologize, but your account is temporarily unavailable.
