Are these the suckers that have invaded the Great Lakes and a lot of waterways?

Fastest way to make something go extinct is to make it tasty... so how do you like them cooked?

They are very bony so not good for cooking. They have not yet made it to the great lakes. Army Corps of Engineers is installing mitigation systems in Chicago to prevent them from reaching the lakes.
