Flushing toilet paper

All my life I've flushed toilet paper. I would file that behavior one step above innate.

One day however my friend came over to my house and asked me through the bath room door why there was no special trash can. I was like why?

Where do you throw away the toilet paper he asked. I was flabbergasted the only action I could muster was to yell DO NOT PUT IT IN THE TRASH UNDER THE SINK YOU FREAK11111

Of course I locked him in there while I deliberated whether not he was a commi spy or the missing link.

I dont know, around here nearly everyone has a toilet paper trash can 😕 but if I see there isnt any Ill just throw it in too

Just don't wad up 10 balls and try to flush them all at once...

Yeah....the other thing to keep in mind is that some people are afraid their septic tanks will fill up with paper... Toilet tissue is made to be flushed.

they should be "potty trained" before they decide to sneak into america.

that is horrible, and animalistic! it should not be tolerated.

I know now that this is just another filthy inbred habbit from mexico and it's people.

More like because of the condition they are used to. In China they do this too because the plumbing sucks and the toilet paper they use is rough (as a result, cheaper). It was pretty nasty though. We are so spoiled.

And if we were a step more advanced, we'd use bidets instead. Want to wash something? You use water, not paper. When you take a shower, you use water - you don't go in there with a roll of paper towels and just wipe off, do you?🙂

I woulda thunk they just blew their nose and were looking for an absent trash can so as to not waste water with unnecessary flushing. But "special trash can"? How special are these things that they can be filled with used crapper paper and not make one's home reek like a sewer? And if they don't actually have that nigh magical ability then why have a flush toilet versus a hole in the ground or a bucket?

I stayed in a hostel in Prague that had the 'special' trash can for used toilet paper. It was the only place in Europe where I encountered that.
