Fluorescence: I need a material

I'm working on a project and would really love to know if there is a material which absorbs in the far IR (9-11 microns) and fluoresces in the microwave? I'd prefer something that didn't heat up much too. Does anyone know of such a material?

Try Cat Urine. Have no clue if it fits, but hey, it does flouresce in UV

Yeah, UV is useless to me though I need far-IR -> microwave unless someone knows where I can get my hands on some 10.6 micron lithography equipment.

carbon monoxide?

Absorbs IR at about 5 µm.

Has a microwave emission at about 115 GHz. (Dunno how effective it is, but that's a well known astronomical frequency for detecting CO).

Does it actually fluoresce? Dunno.

I read something the other day about CO fluorescense. Lemme see if I can dig it up again.

While I don;t consider them to truly sell "lithography" equipment, molecular imprints is in the biz of imprinting at or below the scale you are talking about. You could check them out. I'm assuming this is for corporate use and not personal however. If its personal then you might want to go elsewhere, as the printing masters sold by these guys can get very very expensive.

Yeah I know of CO fluorescence, but I couldn't get much info on the exact process. I'm looking for ~10 micron -> anything in the microwave.
