Fluid in my lip...

My lip has healed quite nicely otherwise, but there is fluid left in it. I'm thinking about draining it with a needle or syringe, but I've heard of something about using salts. Any suggestions? I don't mind doing it with a needle--it's just a pain trying to get one.

How long ago was the accident? Usually the body has excess fluid in a location for a reason... perhaps you should let it be for a while longer to see if it's still healing.

The accident was on the 6th of August. It's been a while. And the stuff is still there. It's just insanely annoying at this point... I've waited for it to drain away, but this amount hasn't moved in the least.
